MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
We are sorry to hear this because we strive for 100% satisfaction with every order! If your items arrived damaged, please contact us with your name, order number and a photo of the damaged item(s) at email@example.com. We will review all issues that are submitted within 14 days of delivery of the package.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Processing time for orders is 3-5 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
MY PACKAGE SHOWS DELIVERED BUT IT HASN’T ARRIVED.
