  • Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Once the order is handed to the shipping carrier, Hello Biscuit Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination within the United States.
  • The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We ship within the United States.

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.  

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Hello Biscuit Beauty is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.  
  • If you have issues please still email us at info@hellobiscuitbeauty.com so that we can assist where possible.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.  
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
